The Thrift Shop is run entirely by dedicated volunteers and stocked through donations from members of the community. As a result this leads to low prices for bargain hunters and offers a vital outlet to those who may be struggling to make ends meet. The income from the shop boosts our income stream and contributes to the success of the Centre and the delivery of other programs.
The thrift shop stocks everything from bric-a-brac; to formalwear; to books and we welcome donations that are in good condition. Unfortunately we do not accept, nor sell, electrical items or large pieces of furniture. To make a donation, simply bring your goods down during opening hours and leave it with a volunteer. To volunteer, please click here to learn more or pop in to the Centre.
