St David’s Neighbourhood Centre offers a number of room hire options for our community. Please note that you must hold appropriate insurance to cover your activity. Room hire is not available for private parties or celebrations such as birthdays or wedding receptions.
Room Facilities Available
- Garden Room – Our largest room available, flexible set up, tables and chairs available to seat up to 40 people, projector and screen available, air conditioned, tea and coffee station, access to garden courtyard.
- Social Room – Seats up to 10 people around a large table, tea and coffee station, air conditioned. PLEASE NOTE this room is open plan, weekend bookings only
- Small Meeting Room – private room with a computer station and two seats, ideal for one-on-one activities.
Things to know before you get started
All bookings require the completion of St David’s Neighbourhood Centre Terms and Conditions of Hire form to be completed and returned before a booking can be confirmed.
All groups need to have their own indemnity insurance. Feel free to give us a call to discuss this further.
