St David’s Neighbourhood Centre has a range of rooms for hire. These spaces have Wi-Fi, are air conditioned and wheel chair accessible. The centre is centrally located with access to both street and off street parking and public transport. We welcome community groups and non for profit organisations as well those seeking a venue for private/personal and business use.
Room Facilities Available
- Garden Room : Room capacity is 50 seated at tables. There is access to an outside garden area with seating. Tea/coffee making facilities available and access to bathroom facilities located in the building.
- Social Group Room : Room capacity is 15 seated at tables. Tea/coffee making facilities available and access to bathroom facilities located in the building.
- Small Meeting Room : Room capacity is 3 people. Bathroom facilities can be Accessed in the building.
Catering for events can be arranged with all food prepared on the premises in our commercial kitchen by a resident cook.
Rates for hire of two or more rooms can be negotiated. Please call the office.

|Half day (4 hrs) = $75 +GST||4 hrs or more = $60 +GST|

Things to know before you get started
All bookings require the completion of St David’s Neighbourhood Centre Terms and Conditions of Hire form to be completed and returned before a booking can be confirmed.
All groups need to have their own indemnity insurance. Feel free to give us a call to discuss this further.
